Lucie Castaldo is an installation and cut paper artist living and working in the beautiful Berkshires. She has shown in solo and group shows in Massachusetts and New York. As the Executive Director of IS183 Art School of the Berkshires she works to ensure that the critical human need to make art can be experienced by everyone. She graduated with a BA in Art History and Education from Mount Holyoke College. Lucie primarily works in cut paper; exploring the connection between living things through anatomy and architecture. Her art is informed by her egalitarian and inclusive worldview: “Nobody is better than anyone else, and beneath our exteriors, we all have the same bones."
